Dear friends in Christ,

Thank you for visiting our website and exploring all the opportunities we can offer you as a faith community here at St. Robert Bellarmine and St. Mary’s. We show Jesus that we love him by our words, our works, and our actions. So I invite you to explore the possibility of beginning or enhancing your faith life together with us, your brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus.

Imagine inheriting an immense treasure and then misplacing the key you need to claim that treasure. We Christians inherit an immense treasure through our Baptism. It begins our faith journey. We become heirs of the Kingdom of God through Christ. Yet, the treasure of living a life filled with the grace and blessings of this inheritance often can be lost or goes unclaimed because of a world that draws us away from Christ. This happens when one’s focus is on living independent of, rather than dependent on, God’s love.

Living our Christian faith is not always easy. However, when we gather together as people of like mind and spirit, we provide an environment to strengthen and encourage one another on this difficult path of holiness. Each time we make the effort to pray, attend Mass, and receive the Holy Eucharist, we are making a choice to reaffirm our calling as followers of Jesus, the children of God, and heirs to the Kingdom. We make a choice to open ourselves to Christ’s transforming, uplifting, and saving love; a God who loves us above all things!

We ask the Lord to acknowledge us and bless us as we say “yes” to our Lord’s divine call to follow him. Our “yes” is then articulated as we return His Love by our words, our works, and our actions. “Come follow me”, says the Lord Jesus.

See you at Mass,

With love,

your Pastor,

Fr. Robert C. Kacalo
